Andrea Gillespie, CPA, CHRP, CEC, PCC, is an executive coach at the intersection of transformational change, leadership development, and emotional intelligence.
Andrea began her career in finance and operations, where for 25 years she specialized in Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting within the technology and retail sectors.
Desiring to influence leadership effectiveness and performance directly, in 2018 she shifted to Human Resources.
Focusing on leadership development, Andrea achieved EQ-i 2.0® certification in December 2019, serving as the platform for her launch as a facilitator, consultant, and leadership EQ coach at Simple Soul, her first entrepreneurial small business venture.
In August 2022, Andrea completed a Certified Executive Coach program and currently holds a PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation.
A lifelong learner, Andrea continues to seek new paths for growth and development. She thrives on cultivating trusted, connected relationships and coaching partnerships underpinned by curiosity, vulnerability, and authenticity.
