Managers are often in the middle: they need to meet the expectations of senior leaders or business owners, support their teams and deal with the reality of everyday work. They want to trust their people, but they are also afraid of losing control.

On top of that, many new managers feel that they should know all the answers and find the “right” way to lead. At the same time, expectations are not always clear, and they do not always feel supported or confident in their role.

In my work, I help managers understand themselves and their role better, see their options more clearly and make decisions with greater confidence. This helps them find a way of leading that feels natural and build more trust in themselves and their teams.

I have more than 15 years of experience across HR (including around seven years of leading HR teams in different companies), business consulting, executive search and recruitment for hard-to-fill positions. I have also built businesses both on my own and together with others. I am an ICF-certified coach with a background in psychology and business psychology.
