I’ve been coaching since 2014 as a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University. Since then I’ve continued to add skills to help my clients. I’m a Time Line Therapy® Master Practitioner, Master NLP Coach and a Certified 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Trainer. My coaching experience can help you break through any challenge you see as impossible and move you through to what is possible… more freedom, more prosperity and fulfilment for you and your family.
On a personal note, I am a mom of 3 kids, devoted wife, dog mom, digital business geek and dedicated entrepreneur myself. I’m highly intuitive, and understand that ‘how we are being’ is connected to ‘how we are doing’.
