- What is the most important thing you and I should be talking about?
- Describe the issue, what’s going on relative to this issue?
- How is this currently impacting you, who and what else is being impacted? (Current) what else? Probe feelings.
- If nothing changes what are the implications, Imagine a year later and nothing is changed, what is likely to happen?
- How have you helped create this issue or situation (I don’t know, what would it be if you did know)
- What is the ideal outcome, when this is resoled what difference does that make
- What do you see as the most potent step you can take to help resolve this issue, what are you committed to
