This question helps us frame how we set things up and what systems are key to putting in place first. Are you customers happy with your phone system? How about the actual product or service your provide? How easy it is to place an order, pay or ask questions?
Do a great job of continuously testing, improving, testing again, and moving ever closer achieving an excellent experience 100% of the time. When we are not sure about something go back to that question and generally you will find the answer.
