It sounds like what might work is a sales manager or sales team leader with coaching skills? When you place your ODesk post define the exact responsibilities you want this person to have including the ability to take authority and responsibility to coach, monitor and motivate your sales team. You can also contact the International Coach Federation for a recommendation and then arrange to hire your coach through ODesk. You are right…. coaches do support happiness, creativity and innovation. Does this help?
